Tarun Kumar

Tarun Kumar is a seasoned technical support professional currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at KONUX since January 2022, providing second-level support for AWS cloud infrastructure, IoT products, and an AI platform for rail switches, as well as creating reports and dashboards using Splunk and AWS Quicksight. Previously, Tarun held the position of Application Specialist and Analyst at Fiserv from May 2015 to October 2021, focusing on implementation and maintenance of products on both SaaS and on-premise platforms and troubleshooting customer issues.
