Anton de Groot is an experienced professional in customs and compliance, currently serving as Manager Customs & Compliance at Chane since December 2021. Prior to this role, Anton held positions at EY as Senior Manager Indirect Tax - Global Trade and at Deloitte Nederland as Senior Manager Global Trade Advisory. Anton's career began at Douane Nederland, where various roles included Certified Public Accountant on the Oil and Gas team and Program Manager Customs in Control. Anton also worked as Manager Audit & Advisory at Deloitte Nederland. Anton's academic credentials include an Executive Master of Compliance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Postgraduate master in Certified Public Accounting from the same institution, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from De Haagse Hogeschool.
