Edward Lentze is currently serving as Operations Manager at Chane since July 2023, overseeing the Chane Terminals Nieuwe Maas operations team with a focus on driving cultural change within the organization. Prior to this role, Edward was the Production Manager at BOAL Group from March 2022 to July 2023, managing a large production department. Edward's earlier experience includes serving as Production Supervisor at INVISTA and Learning and Development Specialist at APM Terminals. Edward began the professional journey at Shell as Lead Technician. Academically, Edward holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a specialization in psychology from NCOI Opleidingen, along with various certifications in training, project management, and HR advisory roles.
