Brett has a strong background in sales, marketing, brand management, and team leadership. Brett began their career at Grace Brothers (later acquired by Myer) and worked their way up through several management positions. Brett Riddington attended The Forest High School Sydney from 1973 to 1978 where they obtained their High School Certificate. Following that, from 1979 to 1981, they attended North Sydney Technical College where they studied Retail Management.
