Lars Kaiser

Lars Kaiser possesses extensive experience in human resources, with a proven track record in strategic leadership and project management. As Head of CoE HR Strategy & Innovation at Körber from May 2022 to December 2023, Lars focused on identifying key HR trends and enhancing employee experience. Previously, Lars served as Manager Group HR Projects, leading global HR initiatives such as M&A integration and the establishment of HR shared services. Earlier roles at Körber Supply Chain included HR Solution Manager and HR Solution Specialist, emphasizing technical solutions and reporting.
