John Thompson possesses extensive experience in network and security engineering, currently serving as the Security Engineer Team Leader at Kordia since July 2015, following a role as Senior IP Operations Engineer. Prior to Kordia, John contributed to ICONZ-Webvisions Group as a Network and Security Engineer and worked as a Network Engineer at Snap! from June 2008 to March 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury, completed in 2005, and an "A" Bursary from Darfield High School, where studies included English, Economics, Accounting, Physics, and Statistics.
