Nicky Dunn has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as the IT Service Delivery Manager and Change Manager at Kordia since 2005, following an earlier role as Helpdesk Manager for the internal IS Service Desk from 2003 to 2005. Previous experience includes working as the IT Helpdesk Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers from October 2000 to November 2002 and as a Service Desk Technician at Heinz Watties from April 1999 to September 2000. Nicky Dunn is a graduate of Rangitoto College.
