Mr. Baltzley is widely known and respected as an expert practitioner and frontrunner in the field of executive development.
He also heads up one of Korn Ferry's five Global Centers of Excellence, where he oversees the strategy, portfolio, and network of 500+ leadership-development experts.
Prior to his current role, he was the senior vice president of Thunderbird Executive Education (TEE). There he helped clients deliver their strategy through a range of executive education options targeted at the client’s global challenges and oversaw all non-degree work and Thunderbird’s global operations (Russia, Switzerland, China).
With deep experience in senior leadership assessment, development, coaching, and teaching, particularly in topics of global leadership, Mr. Baltzley has carried out extensive talent and leadership-portfolio development work in large multi-nationals and has worked across financial, telecom, and services sectors. His background is particularly strong in the leadership of energy and extraction industries and in the EMEA region.
