Jerry Thrams

Jerry Thrams is an experienced technician with a robust background in field service engineering and client support within the printing industry. Currently serving as an In-house Technician at Natec USA since October 2021, Jerry has also held a position at Kornit Digital as a Field Service Engineer since 2015, where responsibilities include on-site and remote service, contract sales, installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Previous roles include extensive experience at Eastman Kodak from 1989 to 2014 in various capacities, managing and providing service on graphics equipment and training both domestic and international customers. Jerry's education includes a diploma in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from DeVry University, along with additional training from Eastman Kodak, Executrain, and the Cleveland Institute of Technology.
