Mobum Shin

Mobum Shin is a seasoned software application developer with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently at KOSCOM since May 2019, Mobum Shin has contributed to the onboarding of Finical Cloud, developed JAVA Spring-based front office systems for Kakao Securities, and is involved in creating ordering APIs for KRX. Prior to this, Mobum Shin worked at Korbit, focusing on performance testing for a cryptocurrency trading engine and implementing order routing systems. As a technology team lead at TLX, Mobum Shin played a key role in developing web services for the healthcare sector and successfully raised Series A funding. Mobum Shin's career includes positions at Goldman Sachs, where significant contributions were made to trading applications, as well as earlier roles at KOSCOM and Hewlett-Packard, where expertise was applied in order routing services and technology consulting respectively. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Dongguk University.
