Kevin Radebaugh has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Kevin currently serves as the President of KOTA Energy Group since January 2018, where they hold a leadership position. Prior to that, they co-owned Mako Energy LLC and Mako Energy, where they focused on creating opportunities for sales professionals and delivering exceptional customer service in the solar industry. Kevin also worked as the Director of Field Sales at Solar Alliance and American Solar Direct, responsible for training and growing the sales organization. Before entering the solar industry, they served as a Regional Field Sales Manager at Vivint Solar, a District Manager at ADP, and a Sales Manager at Vivint. Additionally, they gained experience as a Store Manager and Marketing Director at Del Sol.
From 2004 to 2009, Kevin Radebaugh attended Brigham Young University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising.
