Ltd. since May 2019, Jayesh has held multiple leadership roles within the Kotak group, including Senior Vice President and National Head of Bancassurance and Senior Vice President & Regional Business Manager at Kotak General Insurance Company and Kotak Mahindra Bank, respectively. Jayesh's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Management Studies with a focus on Marketing from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.

The new entity was incorporated in August 2024, following Zurich Insurance Group’s 70% acquisition in Kotak Mahindra General Insurance Company Limited. It is one of the youngest and one of the fastest growing non-life insurance franchises in India.
