Himanshu Vasa

Himanshu Vasa has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as President and Chief Compliance Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank since August 2005. Previous roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank include President and CCO designate, President & Business Head - Bank Finance, and Head of Internal Audit. Prior to joining Kotak Mahindra Bank, Himanshu Vasa held the position of Director at KPMG from 1997 to 2005. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Management Program from The Wharton School (2019), a Certified Fraud Examiner credential from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (2013), a CCSA from the Institute of Internal Auditors (2007), and a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (1984-1988). Additionally, Himanshu Vasa holds a B.Com in Accounting from the University of Mumbai and R A Podar College of Commerce and Economics (1982-1987).
