Kushal Shah

Kushal Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and strategy across various sectors, including finance, technology, and automation. Currently serving as Senior Vice President & Head of Cross Sell Products at Kotak811, Kushal oversees investment, insurance, assets, and foreign exchange product lines, leading a team focused on driving P&L for Kotak811 customers. Previous roles include Associate Director of Product Strategy at PayU, where strategic initiatives and product partnerships were key responsibilities, and Founder & Director at Pickvin Smartech Pvt Ltd, an IoT startup. Kushal has a strong background in digital payments, having been Product Head for UPI at Kotak Mahindra Bank, and has held various product management positions in organizations such as BillDesk and Loylty Rewardz. Kushal started a career in journalism, analyzing the technology sector, and holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
