Tania Pittoors

Tania Pittoors is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational change. Currently serving as Partner and Head of People & Change at KPMG Belgium since September 2017, Tania has previously held the position of Director at the same firm. In addition, Tania is a Visiting Lecturer on Business Transformation and Change Management at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, a role held since April 2016. Tania's career includes directorship in HR Business Consulting at Emeritis and a Senior Manager position at Accenture Belgium, focusing on strategy consulting in talent and organization performance. Earlier roles include HR Manager responsibilities at Aramiska and participation in a payroll migration project at Procter & Gamble. Tania holds a Master in Management (MBA) from the University of Antwerp, along with dual master's degrees in Classical Philology from Ghent University and Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and secondary education in Latin Greek from Lyceum Antwerpen.
