Sergio Fernandes

Sergio Fernandes is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in HR transformation and technology, currently serving as Directeur Consulting HR Transformation & Technology at KPMG France since March 2019, where responsibilities include the development and delivery of HR and HRIS transformation engagements. Prior to KPMG, Sergio held various managerial positions at Deloitte France from March 2015 to April 2019 and worked at Danone from June 2009 to March 2015, where duties encompassed HR business partnership and HRIS management. Sergio’s expertise is supported by a Master’s degree in Management des Ressources Humaines from IGS-RH and a Master’s degree in Psychologie du Travail from Université de Picardie Jules Verne.
