Thierry Groues is a seasoned partner at KPMG France, where Thierry leads the Advisory team focused on Strategy & Business Transformation in Financial Services, emphasizing top-line growth, distribution strategy, operational efficiency, operating model design, post-merger integration, operational model transformation, and sourcing strategy. Prior to KPMG, Thierry served as Partner and Wealth & Asset Management Consulting Lead at EY France, where responsibilities included overseeing the Wealth & Asset Management Consulting practice and coordinating digital transformation solutions in the EMEIA region. Thierry's earlier experience includes roles as Manager in PwC's Strategy Group, Senior Consultant at Greenwich Consulting for international telecom and media operators, and various positions in financial analysis and consulting, including with BNP Paribas and a start-up incubator. Thierry holds an educational background from Télécom Paris and has also contributed in leadership roles, such as President of the Student Council at Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications.
