Ben Donker

Ben Donker is an experienced IT architect and enterprise architect with a career spanning several companies, currently serving at KPN since 2009. In the role of IT architect, Ben oversees Corporate Processes within the Enterprise Excellence department and has successfully achieved a significant reduction in applications and IT costs. Previously, as a solution architect, Ben managed internal ERP systems, including Oracle eBusiness Suite and SAP solutions, while defining architectures for business-specific applications. Ben has also held consulting positions where responsibilities included transforming user requirements into SAP solutions and coordinating EDI activities. With an academic background in Technische Bedrijfskunde from the University of Twente, Ben has built a solid foundation in managing complex IT projects and systems.
