Jeroen Koetsier

Jeroen Koetsier has extensive experience in IT and project management, primarily at KPN since September 2001. Currently serving as Director Project Portfolio Management, Jeroen Koetsier focuses on promoting and prioritizing IT innovations while optimizing the project portfolio with a team of program managers and a PMO. Previous roles include IT Director responsible for backend systems in the consumer market, IT Manager overseeing BSS systems, and Program Manager for Agile implementation and customer-centric initiatives. Jeroen Koetsier also has a background in finance, having served as Business Controller and Financial Controller in the KPN Wholesale domain. Prior to KPN, Jeroen Koetsier worked as Account Manager and MT member at Exel, a logistics company. Educational accomplishments include studies at Inholland University of Applied Sciences and Northern Arizona University.
