Harry Garrison has extensive experience in program scheduling, currently serving as the Manager of Program Scheduling at KQED since September 1996. Prior to this role, Harry worked at KTEH, KCSM, KBHK, Bay TV, and Star TV from November 1979 to September 1996. Harry holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communication Arts from San Francisco State University, obtained between 1977 and 1979, as well as an Associate of Arts degree from De Anza College, completed from 1971 to 1975.
