Lisa Pickoff-White is a seasoned data journalist and multimedia producer with extensive experience in investigative reporting and digital media. Currently serving as the Director of Research for the California Reporting Project at UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism, Lisa focuses on developing tools for managing record requests and collaborating with partner newsrooms. Lisa has held various roles at KQED since 2010, including Senior Producer, where contributions to award-winning investigative projects and prominent election coverage were significant. Previous positions include work with the California Reporting Project at Stanford, the Center for Investigative Reporting, and educational roles at UC Berkeley. Lisa holds a Masters in Journalism from UC Berkeley and a BA in Print Journalism from American University.
