Monty Carlos has extensive experience in the broadcast industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at KQED Radio since 1983, having previously held the title of Operations Coordinator in the same organization. Prior experience includes an Audio Engineer position at KYUU in San Francisco (1982-1983), Operations Manager and Staff Announcer roles at KCSM FM (1976-1982), and Audio Engineer at KOFY AM (1973-1976). Monty Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communication Arts from San Francisco State University, which was completed between 1972 and 1974.
