Gustavo Bastos de Souza

Gustavo Bastos de Souza serves as the Chief People Officer for the North America Zone at Kraft Heinz since July 2014, where responsibilities encompass global leadership in human resources across commercial, R&D, and growth sectors. Previous roles within Kraft Heinz have included various HR leadership positions, focusing on talent management, learning and development, and corporate functions. In addition to their role at Kraft Heinz, Gustavo is an advisor and investor at Caravela Capital since February 2020. Earlier career experience includes a tenure at Rumo as a Treasury Manager. Gustavo holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completed the Emerging Leaders Programme at London Business School, and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Paraná.
