Joy McDonnell-Soda

Joy McDonnell-Soda is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of IT Service Operations & Project Delivery (Globally) and CIO - Head of IT Canada at The Kraft Heinz Company since July 2021. Previously, Joy held prominent roles at Rogers Communications, including Director of IT Wireless Operations and Director of IT Platform Operations from June 2017 to July 2021. Prior experience includes senior management positions at Enbridge, where responsibilities encompassed IT employee communications, productivity services, and management of enterprise services. Joy began the career as Supervisor of Enterprise Services at Enbridge and has a robust educational background, including a Bachelor of Arts from York University and completion of the Enbridge Executive Leadership Program at Queen's University.
