Tara Saran Mullen

Tara Saran Mullen is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations and customer engagement across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director at Kraken Technologies since December 2022, Tara previously held the position of Director of Operations at Octopus Energy from November 2020 to December 2022. Prior to that, Tara was Country Manager at Tesla, managing service, sales, and delivery strategies in the UK and Ireland, and served as Senior Regional Service Manager, enhancing service management across the UK and Benelux. Tara’s early career includes roles as VP of Global Transformation at Affinion, focusing on strategic transformations, and as Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at Bank of America, where Tara directed cross-functional teams for improved performance. Tara is currently pursuing an MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology at Kingston University and holds an MBA from The Open University.
