Nicole Florence has over 30 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions since March 2013, Nicole has previously held multiple senior accountant and managerial roles at TRW Automotive from 1997 to February 2013, including positions in benefits and aftermarket divisions, as well as financial reporting and consolidation. Nicole began their career at the Detroit Medical Center, where a role as Senior Accountant was held from 1992 to 1997. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
