Wade Tolliver has a diverse work experience in the defense and aviation industry. Wade started their career in the US Air Force in 2006, where they served as the Commander of the 27th Fighter Squadron, responsible for leading the operational fielding of the F-22 squadron. Wade then held various positions in the US Air Force, including Vice Wing Commander of the 1st Fighter Wing and NORAD Vice Director of Operations. In 2009, Tolliver transitioned to Southwest Airlines as a Pilot, responsible for operating the Boeing 737 aircraft for commercial travel. In 2016, they joined Lockheed Martin as a Business Development Principal Analyst, before moving to Kratos Defense and Security Solutions in 2022 as the Director of Business Development for Mission Systems. Tolliver's achievements include contributing to joint and multi-national strategy development, overseeing missile warning and air defense systems, and successfully leading the operational fielding of advanced fighter technology.
