Ken has more than 30 years of service and leadership to the commercial real estate industry. Part of the KA properties team since 1998, Ken co-leads with Cindy MacDonald, the overall operations of KA’s Real Estate portfolio, guiding the overall team of property management and providing planning, strategy, managing profitability and quality service management, process improvement, marketing of portfolios, budgeting and accountability.
Ken has direct responsibility for over 750,000 s.f. of commercial properties and also supervises four property managers managing over 2 million s.f. of commercial properties. He holds certifications as a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM). Ken studied Business and Accounting from UW-Eau Claire. He is past recipient of the Minnesota Shopping Center Hall of Fame award.
