Prior to this, experience spans leadership positions at Henkel Electronics, Emerson & Cuming, and Acheson Colloids, demonstrating a strong track record in developing strategies that drive market growth and enhancing organizational efficiency. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from McMaster University. Additionally, James is a board member of Ablestik Shanghai Limited.
