The shareholders of the bank are the companies HOMERTRON TRADING LIMITED (23.5% of charter capital), FINTEST HOLDING LIMITED (28.72%) and KALOUMA HOLDINGS LIMITED (47.78%).

The shareholders of the company KALOUMA HOLDINGS LIMITED are 28 leading international financial institutions, including European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA, ING Belgium SA / NV, Pireus Bank SA, Erste Bank Internationale Beteiligung GmbH, Cargill Incorp. and some others.

The Bank holds important positions in the basic segments of the banking market providing services to about 400 thousand of natural persons and 18 thousand of legal entities.

Wide range of standard and innovative banking services are provided to the clients through national networks of sell points including 12 branches, Kiev Regional Department and 168 outlets as at 01.08.2012.
