Karen Detemple

Karen DeTemple is the President of Workwonder which she launched in June 2020 to help individuals, leaders, and organizations do their best work. Drawing on 30 years of experience growing organizations, building fundraising programs, activating leadership, engaging donors, and managing strategic execution, Karen works with clients to identify and move past challenges big and small.

From 2015–2019 she was the co-founder of The Art of Change, an international consultancy that focused on fundraising strategy and audience development for the art world. Select clients included ArtTable, Boston Center for the Arts, CHART Art Fair, EXPO Chicago, Finnish Cultural Institute in New York, Pioneer Works in Brooklyn, and SITE Santa Fe.
