María Fernanda Restrepo Díaz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in forensic investigations and intelligence, currently serving as Associate Managing Director and Head of Iberia Forensic Investigations and Intelligence at Kroll since December 2016. In this role, María Fernanda leads investigations, compliance, and fraud prevention efforts in the Iberian market. Previous positions at Kroll include Senior Manager, Manager, Associate Manager, Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst, all focused on investigations and disputes. Prior to Kroll, María Fernanda worked as Legal Attaché at the Embassy of Panama in Italy and served as a Paralegal, specializing in banking contracts and intellectual property at Vallarino Vallarino & García Maritano. Educational qualifications include a Corporate Finance Executive Program from IE Business School and several advanced degrees in international affairs, business law, and political science from prestigious institutions.
