Susan Riskin

Susan Riskin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kroll Business Services, a position held since October 2021. Previously, Riskin advanced through various human resources roles, including Vice President of Human Resources at Bitly from December 2015 to September 2021, and Director of Human Resources at Gilt.com from April 2014 to December 2015. Riskin's earlier experience includes HR positions at Bain & Company, progressing from Senior HR Generalist/Program Manager to HR Manager within a span of several years. Additionally, Riskin began a career in education, serving as a teacher in both Sudbury Public Schools and Arlington Public Schools from 2000 to 2007. Riskin holds a Master of Education from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lehigh University.
