Rebecca Overgaard

Rebecca Overgaard has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as an Advokatfuldmægtig (Assistant Attorney) at Kromann Reumert since February 2016, specializing in M&A, IT law, telecommunications, and general corporate law. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as a Stipendiat and Stud.jur. at the same firm from September 2012 to December 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Copenhagen (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the same institution (2010-2013). Additionally, Rebecca attended Rungsted Gymnasium (2005-2008) and is currently enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley, for summer school in Law and Economics since 2014.
