Katarzyna Puk, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Manager at Kronospan since October 2018, following a role as HR Generalist. Prior experience includes positions at Hyundai Powertech, where responsibilities encompassed managing the employment process and maintaining the company training system. Additionally, Katarzyna held leadership roles within the Auburn Society for Human Resource Management, overseeing chapter meetings and member recruitment. An early internship at Hanwha L&C Alabama provided foundational HR experience, including wage rate evaluations and participation in recruitment efforts. Katarzyna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Auburn University Harbert College of Business.
