Angela Uhl, MA, ACC has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Angela has worked as a Talent Development Manager at The Krusteaz Company since 2016. Previously, they served as the Interim Executive Director at EarthShare Washington from 2014 to 2016, where they led assessments of operations, fund development, and programs to drive stability and sustainability. At Futurewise, they held the role of Associate Director from 2005 to 2014, managing grants and overseeing membership programs, workplace giving, special events, and major donor fundraising. Prior to that, Angela was the Executive Director at JDRF Pacific Northwest from 1999 to 2005, overseeing the growth and management of the organization and successfully raising over $4 million annually. Angela began their career at Nordstrom as the Sales Promotion Director from 1994 to 1999, where they directed various marketing efforts and managed a substantial budget.
Angela Uhl, MA, ACC completed their Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership at Pinchot University from 2013 to 2014. Angela also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Washington State University. In addition to their academic achievements, Angela obtained certifications such as the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation in January 2019, and the MBTI Certified Practitioner from The Myers & Briggs Foundation in May 2018. Angela further enhanced their expertise by completing a comprehensive evidence-based coaching program at Fielding Graduate University in September 2016. Prior to this, they received training as a TAD Trained Professional from adaQuest in November 2015 and completed a Crucial Conversations course offered by VitalSmarts in July 2016.
