Demian Alcazar has held various positions throughout their work experience. In 2006, they worked as a Cellar Technician at Courtside Cellars until 2009. Demian then joined Kiler Ridge in 2005 as a Production Manager, overseeing orchard installation and management until 2016. In 2016, they joined Continental Mills, where they held roles as a Product Lifecycle Management Engineer and Quality Engineer.
From 1996 to 2002, Demian Alcazar attended Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso, where they pursued a degree in Biochemical Engineering. During this time, they studied Food Technology and Processing as well as Environmental Engineering.
