Real Estate S.p.A. as an Assistente di Direzione from 2007 to 2010. Alessia then worked as an Assistente di Alta Direzione at Pirelli & C. Real Estate S.p.A. from 2010 to 2013. Since 2013, they have been with Kryalos SGR S.p.A., where they held various roles, including Executive Assistant and Office Manager from 2013 to 2019, Senior Associate - Human Resources from 2019 to 2021, and currently, they are serving as the Vice President - Human Resources.
