Mariellyn Swims is a seasoned sales and commercial strategy professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of US Sales for the West Area at Krystal Biotech, Inc. since August 2024, Mariellyn previously held key leadership positions at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals as Chief of Staff and U.S. Head of Sales for the TTR Franchise, demonstrating expertise in sales leadership and commercial strategy from February 2022 to August 2024. Additional experience includes serving on the Executive Board of the Bleeding Disorders Alliance Illinois and as Executive Director of Global Commercial Strategy & Operations at Astellas Gene Therapies. Mariellyn's background also encompasses a role as Senior Director of Commercial Strategy at Sobi, focusing on strategy and integration from August 2019 to April 2021.
