Jan B. is a highly skilled pilot and commissioned officer with extensive experience in the United States Air Force since April 2013, serving as the sole systems expert on a multi-billion dollar intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance aircraft, and executing critical systems troubleshooting under tight deadlines in national security missions. Prior to military service, Jan worked as a lighting technician for Royal Caribbean from November 2009 to March 2011, where responsibilities included operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting lighting and special effects equipment across five venues while engaging with diverse cultures. Jan holds an MBA/MS in Information Systems from the University of Utah (2020-2023) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Theatre from Texas State University (2006-2008).
