Rob Ayasse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, operations, and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Earth Observation Sales at Kongsberg Satellite Services since January 2015, Rob has previously held roles such as Director of Sales and International Sales Manager within the company. In addition to contributions at KSAT, Rob is the Founder and CEO of VERDIS Synthetic Fuels, focusing on innovative energy solutions. Prior to these roles, Rob accumulated significant expertise at NATO, contributing to political-military strategies concerning Afghanistan and crisis management related to the Kosovo conflict. Other notable positions include Chairman of the Board at Alchem Field Services, VP of International Marketing and Governmental Affairs at Canada Chemical Corporation, and OSCE Desk Officer at the Department of Foreign Affairs. Rob holds multiple degrees, including an Executive MBA from IE Business School and an MScEcon in International Relations from The London School of Economics.

Kongsberg Satellite Services (KSAT) is a world leading provider of communication services for spacecraft and launch vehicles from our uniquely located global ground network, and provides advanced monitoring services with rapid delivery based on multiple satellite missions. KSAT owns and operates a truly global cost-effective multi-mission Ground Station Network of both polar and mid-latitude stations. The three polar ground stations are located in Tromsø at 69°N, Svalbard Satellite Station (SvalSat) at 78°N and the Antarctic station (TrollSat) at 72°S. KSAT has established ground stations in Svalbard, Tromsø, Vardø, Antarctica, Punta Arenas, Hawaii, Los Angeles, Panama, Awarua, Tokyo, Puertollano, Athens, Singapore, Dubai, Mauritius, Hartebeesthoek, Bangalore, Inuvik, Fairbanks and Nuuk. We also have partner stations in Cordoba, Azores, Tolhuin and Bangalore.
