Alejandra Suero Domínguez has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Alejandra is currently working at The Ksquare Group as a Sr. IT Recruiter since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst at a confidential company from April 2021 to February 2022.
Before that, Alejandra worked at Newtech, S.R.L. from October 2019 to April 2021, first as an Analyst for Training and Recruitment and later as a Recruitment Coordinator. In these roles, they were responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for the company's workforce needs.
In 2018, Alejandra worked at C2C as an Encargado de Reclutamiento, where they were in charge of recruitment activities. Prior to that, they were a Recruitment Assistant at Contact Centers Dominicana from January 2018 to July 2018.
Throughout their career, Alejandra has gained extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, showcasing their strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Their work experience demonstrates their ability to successfully recruit and match candidates with the needs of the companies they have worked for.
From 2015 to 2018, Alejandra Suero Domínguez attended Universidad APEC, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus on digital communication and multimedia content.
