At Wide Open West, Joel held various positions, including Salesforce Manager and Product Owner/Systems Analyst III, where leadership and innovative problem-solving were pivotal in enhancing development processes and system integrations. Joel began a career at Charles Schwab as a Technical Analyst, focusing on Salesforce administration and product support.
