José Arias has a diverse work experience, primarily focusing on technology and process improvement. José currently works at The Ksquare Group as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, where they collaborate with the Marketing team to design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality communication on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Prior to this, José worked at Eaton, starting as an Engineering Co-Op before progressing to the roles of Engineering Assistant and Lead Technician in the NPI Team. In these positions, they developed technological solutions to improve processes within the production plant and internal departments. Additionally, José was involved in web development, cloud database utilization, IoT technology, and Power BI. José also created project documentation and conducted training sessions for application users.
Jose Arias attended the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Software Engineering.
In terms of certifications, Jose has obtained various qualifications in different fields. In June 2021, they received the certification for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist. José then went on to obtain the Administrator certification from Salesforce in March 2022. In April 2022, they obtained several superbadges from Salesforce Trailhead, including Service Cloud Specialist, Business Administration Specialist, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist, and Security Specialist.
Continuing their education, Jose obtained the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification in June 2022, followed by the Service Cloud Consultant certification and the Introduction to IT & Cybersecurity certification from Cybrary in July 2022. The most recent certification Jose obtained is the Security Specialist Superbadge from Trailhead by Salesforce in October 2022.
Additionally, Jose completed the Angular: De Cero a Experto course on Udemy in November 2020. José also received the Security & Privacy Accredited Professional certification from Salesforce Partners in January 2023.
