Varma Buddharaju is the Founder and CEO of The Ksquare Group, leading innovative transformations in software services since October 2013. Previously, Varma served as CEO of Texas Cricket Academy from January 2015 to October 2018, focusing on building partnerships with local schools and cricket associations to promote youth cricket. As a Co-Founder of Deep North, Inc. from May 2016 to June 2018, Varma contributed to the development of a platform utilizing computer vision and deep learning algorithms. Varma's career began as a Programmer Analyst at ePace Technologies and Software Transformation, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining web and database applications. Varma holds an M.B.A. in Operations Management and Supply Chain from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Jaya Engineering College.
