Donna Liebert is currently the CFO/Director of Central Services at KSV since January 2001. Previously, she was the Tax Collector - Elected at Upper Pottsgrove Township from 1990 to 1999 and the Payroll Manager at Chilton Publishing Company from 1985 to 1990. Donna holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Fine Arts from MCCC in Blue Bell, PA. She manages the financial health of KSV, prepares financial analysis, and is responsible for financial plans and policies.
