Ashley Rybarczyk, AIA is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles across various firms. Currently serving as Director on the Board of Directors for AIA California, Ashley represents AIA-East Bay and actively participates in the Climate Action Committee. At KTGY, Ashley has progressed through several positions, from Project Apprentice to Senior Project Manager, focusing on multi-family and low-density housing projects in the Bay Area. Previously, Ashley held leadership roles at AIA East Bay, including Past President and Committee Lead. With a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Ashley's expertise is further demonstrated through contributions to numerous design teams and initiatives within the architectural community.
