Chris Nicho has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries. Chris began their career as a Customer Service Hard Line Associate at Hudson's Bay Company in 2006 and worked there until 2010. Chris then worked in sales and customer service roles at RBC, Future Shop, and Worldlynx Wireless from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, they joined KnowRoaming as a Technical Support Specialist, where they were responsible for troubleshooting mobile device and cellular network issues. Chris then moved on to Bell in 2014 as a Sales and Service Representative. Chris worked at Bell for a year before joining KnowRoaming as a Technical Support Specialist in 2015. In 2016, they joined Investment Planning Counsel as a Help Desk Analyst, providing corporate support for advisors and internal staff. Chris later transitioned to the role of e-Learning Systems Specialist, where they designed custom online e-Learning courses and managed their lifecycle. Currently, they are working at KUBRA as a Learning Content Designer, where they create engaging and visually powerful learning content for products, services, and technology, leveraging current and emerging learning trends.
Chris Nicho completed a Certificate in Front-End Web Development from Sheridan College, graduating in 2022.
