Isi Lebon-Ogala is a seasoned professional in human resources and people operations with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as a People Operations Coordinator at Kuda since May 2022, Isi previously held the role of HR Business Partner at FITC Nigeria for a short period in early 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Zenith Bank Plc, where Isi worked from 2011 to 2022 in various capacities, culminating as a Human Resources Business Partner, managing a transnational portfolio across multiple countries. Notable achievements include developing an e-course that saved over 5 million Naira in training logistics and enhancing menu management efficiency through a tag monitoring system.
