Needham also owned and operated Needham Jones State Farm from July 2016 to March 2018, and worked at CMA CGM as Manager of Revenue and Cost Control from January 2015 to July 2016. Earlier career roles include financial consultant and analyst positions at Optima Health from July 2008 to January 2015. Needham holds a Graduate Certificate in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Longwood University.
